Pulitoto Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the pulitoto platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pulitoto platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the user) and pulitoto as the platform operator. This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where participation in online betting activities is permitted. Users accessing the platform from unauthorised jurisdictions are solely responsible for complying with their local laws.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
To make full use of pulitoto's services, you are required to register an account using information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Each user is permitted only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
During registration, you must provide your full name, a valid email address, and a reachable phone number. pulitoto reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including during the withdrawal process.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your account credentials with anyone, including family members. Any activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, unless it can be proven that the account was accessed without authorisation.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the pulitoto support team immediately at [email protected]. pulitoto will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a user's own negligence in maintaining account security.
Users agree not to use the pulitoto platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may cause harm to others. This includes prohibitions against:
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt platform systems
- Using automation software, bots, or third-party programs to manipulate games
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification
- Using another person's account or registering on someone else's behalf
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity or money laundering
MYR Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the pulitoto platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and online bank transfer. pulitoto does not accept direct payments in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit is RM 10, subject to the payment method chosen. Withdrawals require a minimum of RM 30 and can only be processed to a verified account held in the same name as your pulitoto account. Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 business hours, depending on the chosen method.
Pulitoto reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. This forms part of the platform's compliance procedure. Any discrepancy between the bank account holder's name and the user's account name may result in delays or rejection of the withdrawal.
Refund Policy
Deposits credited to a gaming account cannot be directly cancelled or refunded. If a technical error results in a duplicate debit or an incorrect amount, please contact customer support within 24 hours of the transaction. pulitoto will investigate and rectify any confirmed errors.
Liability Limits and Account Policy
Pulitoto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of this platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or unsatisfactory game outcomes. Pulitoto reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion relating to:
- Fraud or illegal activity
- Breach of these terms and conditions
- Bonus or promotion abuse
- Threats to the security of the platform or other users
Users whose accounts are closed due to fraudulent activity are not entitled to any remaining balance in the account. If an account closure occurs due to a technical issue or misunderstanding, users may contact support for further review.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
